This Data contains the bottom view of fifty red and fifty yellow sweet peppers
4 maturity levels of the peppers can be found.
Peppers 1-10 Class 1 - Immature mostly green colored peppers.
Peppers 11-25 Class 2 - Immature mix of green and red colors.
Peppers 26-40 Class 3 - Mature mix of green and red colors.
Peppers 41-50 Class 4 - Immature mostly red colored peppers.
Images were acquired using an IDS Ui-5250RE 1600x1200 resolution RGB camera placed 38 cm above the black floor
