Grossman-Haham Lab - Structural studies flagella

Equipment/facility: lab

    Description

We use biochemical, structural, and biophysical methods to reconstitute and characterize individual flagellar complexes, with the overall goal of understanding better how eukaryotic flagella beat. We study flagellar proteins from various sources, including algae, mammals, and parasites.

    Equipment (significant):
We have a new Glacios microscope with a FEI Selectris
energy filter coupled to a Falcon 4 camera
