Description
The research group focuses on urban dynamics, planning processes, and communities. We investigate how planning contains the city's inherent complexity and the extent to which the planning tools are adapted to urban dynamics. In addition, we study the adaptability of neighborhoods and residential areas and search for ways to make them adjustable to changing needs and fashions. We highlight the power of urban communities, as older adults and people with special needs, to stretch the boundaries of planning and urban design and offer new urban horizons.
