Organization profile
The department of communication studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is a research oriented department, which offers an undergraduate BA program, as well as graduate programs leading to an MA and PhD in communication studies.
Faculty members conduct research in a variety of fields including the intersection of media with minorities, children, the elderly, people with disabilities and people with social stigmas. Studies on media institutions, media epistemology, media and memory, media and justice and media and social activism characterize the work of other senior faculty.
