Research interests

Prof. David's research integrates polymer chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, and biomedical engineering to design innovative therapeutic polymers and nanomedicines for targeted drug delivery, aiming to treat diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular conditions, and liver diseases. Her lab develops polymers that can either bind to disease-specific molecules or adapt their properties at target tissues in response to local stimuli. This interdisciplinary approach supports translational research for precision medicine.
