Personal profile

Research interests

The research I have been focusing on investigates the social-cognitive mechanisms that explain people’s aggressive behavior in multiple levels of analysis: individual, group and organizational. I use laboratory studies to reveal the underlying mechanisms explaining people’s aggressive behavior, and to test in theory-base interventions aimed at reducing such behavior. I then implement the interventions I developed in field experiments and test their usefulness.
