Dorit Tubin is associate professor in the Department of Education, and the chair of organizational counseling preparation program, at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.

Her main interests are educational organizations, school effectiveness, educational leadership, professional training and preparation (principal, teacher), innovative learning environment and national culture and schooling.
