Personal profile
Research interests
The research in my laboratory for Planning and Environmental Innovation, focuses on theoretical and practical aspects of spatial planning and decision making in a complex world. Students in the laboratory lead research with an emphasis on social and environmental policy challenges pertain to climate change, such as: barriers to promote renewable energies, energy poverty, institutional arrangements for water resource management, socio-technical transitions and the science-policy interface. The laboratory encourages a trans-disciplinary and comparative, international approach to research design and implementation, including stakeholder participation and policy application.
