Description
This study will be the first to evaluate nationwide dementia rates between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Aboriginal people. Guided by community-identified priorities, the study will evaluate risk factors for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians living with or developing dementia in NSW and Central Australia. This study will inform clinical practice and policy development to benefit dementia care for Aboriginal Australians across urban, regional, and remote settings.
