Description
Our lab is focused on the structure-function understanding of magnetite biomineralizing magnetosome-associate proteins derived from magnetotactic bacteria. A second research theme at my lab is focused on the structural-function determination of proteins derived from various pathogenic bacteria. My group utilizes various techniques in order to achieve better understanding of the structural features of various proteins of interest.
