Abstract
משרד הבריאות אחראי על הקמת מכוני טיהור שפכים, על קידומם ובקרתם. המשרד גם אחראי על פיקוח ההשקיה בקולחים. המשרד קבע כללים להשקייה בקולחים ומנסה לקבוע אכיפה בהבטים בריאותיים וסביבתיים.
