abstract = "Air accidents have more to do with the maintenance errors. We can use HRA method to analyze human errors. So far, the nuclear industries have formed some reliability analysis methods [1]. But these methods are less applied to the areas of aviation maintenance. This paper proposes a cognitive reliability assessment method for aviation maintenance errors by modifying the common performance condition (CPC) method. And this paper also develops three original maintenance error control modes and gives a quantitative forecasting method. Finally, a case analysis verifies the effectiveness and assurance of the method.",
