Abstract

The prevalence of functional bowel disorders(FBD) is similar in many countries of the world. There are no epidemiological studies of IBS among Israelis or Palestinians.
The purpose of this study was to conduct a collaborative Israeli-Palestinian study to compare the prevalence of FBD among Palestinian Arab and Israeli Jewish adults.
