Abstract

Evaporation residues obtained with the 1260-MeV 84Kr + 27 Al reaction were measured in coincidence with light particles (protons and alphas), using the HILI detector array. The energy spectra of the evaporation residues and light particles in coincidence are compared to the predictions of the statistical decay code LILITA. Data on intermediate mass fragments which are abundantly produced in this reaction are also reported, and compared to a modified version of LILITA.
