Abstract

The dependence of the shock induced flow field on non-uniformities of the various physical properties of the dust (namely, the diameter, the material density and the heat capacity) were investigated numerically. The flow field which is developed when a dusty gas steady suspension passes through an oblique shock wave was investigated numerically. In addition, the dependence of the shock induced flow field on the various physical properties of the dust was investigated.
