Abstract
The author describes a method for the primary, direct closure of wide skin lesions, combining the "lazy S," "crown," and the "H"-advancement flap techniques. The "lazy S" edges of the flaps permit the satisfactory use of adjacent surrounding skin with good aesthetic results, when the flaps alone would otherwise be placed under too much strain.
