Abstract
A life-threatening episode of bronchial asthma may follow treatment by ophthalmic indomethacin. This case report describes an elderly man who experienced a serious attack of bronchial asthma after receiving ophthalmic indomethacin solution for aphakic cystoid macular edema, following extracapsular cataract extraction.
