Abstract

Dealing with the role and function of local-national relations on intermunicipal service distributions, studies the impact of administrative linkages between different levels of governmental jurisdictions involved in implementing policies and programmes of the ministries of Welfare and Education in Israel. Examines the consequences of these arrangements for provision, funding and employment on the intermunicipal distribution of the respective services. -after Author
