Abstract

A case of allergic vasculitis of the skin following treatment with Decapeptyl^® (d-Trp⁶-LHRH) for in vitro fertilization is described. The possible role of an allergic mechanism in this reaction has been suggested by a positive macrophage migration inhibition factor (MIF) test toward the drug.
