Abstract
A novel experimental device for elevated-temperature electrospinning of highly volatile and quickly crystalliz-ing polymer solutions and melts was developed, The main parameters of gentle annular gas veil in electro-spinning process were studied. The influence of elec-trical conductivity of solvent on the diameter of elec-trospyn fibers from ultra-high molecular weight poly-ethylene was experimentally determined.
