Abstract

We explore the use of non-volatile III-V/Si ring lasers as storage elements in wavelength-division multiplexed (WDM) optical ternary content-addressable memory (O-TCAM) search. This provides new opportunity for photonic memory applications in non-volatile photonic systems.
