Abstract
Transesophageal atrial pacing was used to terminate hemodynamically stable sustained mono‐morphic ventricular tachycardia in two patients. The procedure was performed at the bedside, no anesthesia was required, there were no complications, and one of the patients went home after the procedure was performed. This method should be considered prior to using direct current cardioversion in patients with hemodynamically stable sustained monomorphic ventricular tachycardia.
