Abstract

Therapeutic proteins have proved to be highly effective in treatment of several human ailments. In the current scenario when the need of hour is the development of newer drugs with better efficacies, innovative ways are being followed to accelerate the process. Intervention of bioinformatics has greatly facilitated the complex drug discovery procedure. It is highly useful since bioinformatics uses an integrated mechanism for designing algorithm for tools and softwares. The information derived from web-based resources and softwares are highly useful in solving biological problem at molecular levels.
