Abstract
The article offers a procedure for calculating changes in temperature of a bimetallic plate which is the working member of a system for tracking the sun, with periodic illumination and shading of it; the amplitude of changes in the plate's temperature is determined, and the conditions of the suggested procedure's applicability are evaluated.
