Abstract
Mixed valence molecular crystals consisting of multielectronic clusters of transition metal ions of the type of d2–d3 are considered. A theory of charge ordering in these crystals is developed. The conditions for the occurence of one, two, or three phase transitions are eludicated. The peculiarities of the temperature behaviour of the magnetic moment are investigated.
