Abstract

Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for absolute stability of multi-variable systems whose linear parts have a non-negative impulse matrix. This condition singles out one of the class of systems that satisfies Aizerman' s hypothesis. A new criterion for the non-negativity of the impulse matrix is given
