Abstract
Percutaneous pseudoaneurysm closure is an alternative treatment for high surgical risk patients that rarely result in coronary artery obstruction. Acquired pseudoaneurysms are rare cardiac complications that may arise from traumatic surgeries, interventional procedures, or complications of local infections. We present a case of an 86-year-old female with a history of endocarditis who developed a pseudoaneurysm and needed TAVR. During the percutaneous closure of the pseudoaneurysm, the right coronary artery was occluded. Percutaneous technique to restore the coronary flow failed, and the patient required urgent surgical intervention.
