Coherent control of Ac-stark allowed transitions

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

We show that nitially dipole-forbidden atomic transitions can be effectively controlled by bichromatic laser fields. Such transitions become dynamically allowed due to ac-Stark effect. Gain, dispersion and spectral properties of these transitions are discussed.
