Color Switching in a Mode-Locked Optical Phase-Conjugate Resonator

Abstract

We construct a phase-conjugate resonator which passively mode-locks, produces pulsing, and is unconditionally stable. The resonator uses non-degenerate four-wave mixing in rubidium vapor and the output switches between the two non-degenerate colors.
