Abstract
The mathematical conditions of coordination of a particular (but usual) type of optimization problems (static and dynamic) are made explicit after a review of the formalism and the two coordination principles introduced by M. D. Mesarovie in the theory of hierarchical systems. A theoretical and practical comparison of the application field of these two coordination methods is the result.
