Abstract

This paper presents a novel method for extracting the complex dielectric constant of liquid samples. The method employs a coaxial transmission line and an open-ended circular waveguide configuration. Accurately determining the complex dielectric constant holds significant importance in various applications, including biomedical contexts where liquid characterization is vital.
