Abstract
In Table 2 of this article, the data in the bottom half of the ‘Predictors’ column (pre_2015, etc.) is skewed towards the ‘Total width’ column, which further skews the next column, and so on up until the last column, distorting the entire table. The 'Marginal / Conditional R2’ values are also skewed to the right, and are not properly situated under their respective column titles. All Tables Columns/rows alignment has been corrected. The original article has been corrected.
