Abstract
Hibernoma is a rare hypervascular tumour originating from brown fat. A case report of a thigh hibernoma with computed tomographic and angiographic findings is presented. An attempt to differentiate this tumour from the white fatty tumours, i.e., lipoma, angiolipoma, angiomyolipoma, and liposarcoma, is discussed.
