Abstract

This paper shows the design of reflectarray antenna based on a Fresnel zone plate for focusing effect. The Fresnel zone plates are printed on a dielectric substrate and include areas with AMC (Artificial Magnetic Conductor) structures. The proposed design is compared with a parabolic reflector antenna performance.
