Abstract

We report measurements of the line-shift and -broadening in Brillouin microscopy with high spectral resolution using a stimulated Brillouin gain spectrometer. Unlike spontaneous Brillouin spectrometers, our spectrometer identifies the shift/broadening already at medium numerical-aperture optics.
