Abstract
In a one-dimensional tunneling process of a nonrelativistic quantum-mechanical particle, the real and the imaginary parts of the complex tunneling time satisfy the dispersion relations. These dispersion relations are different from those previously found in the analogous electromagnetic wave tunneling. The dispersion relations which were found relate two different physical features.
