Abstract
High resolution in the NMR spectra of diffusing molecules in graphite intercalation compounds, zeolites, crystalline solvates, and hydrates is achieved because of the selective motional averaging of the intermolecular dipole-dipole interactions. An analysis of such spectra yields information about molecular motion and arrangement, as well as chemical shift anisotropy.
