DYNAMICS OF A VAPOR BUBBLE IN THE THERMAL REGIME.

Abstract

Analytic and numerical relations are obtained to describe bubble evolution in the thermal regime on the basis of the Plesset-Zwick formula, which makes it possible to determine the temperature field near a moving boundary of a spherical vapor bubble. The relations are compared with literature data.
