Abstract
The first excited 0+ state of Kr82 appears to have a noncollective nature, in contrast to the 03+ and other low-spin states in this nucleus. This is corroborated by a conversion-electron measurement of the 02+ 01+ and the 03+01+ transitions in Kr82, following the decay of Rbg82. The values B(E0;02+01+)=3.1 (5) e2fm4 and X311=B(E0;03+01+ 21+)=0. 097(24) have been deduced from the intensities of the conversion lines, observed with a mini-orange spectrometer. Previous eviewed.
