Abstract

The influence of Ni(Co) - Mo(W) catalysts of hydroprocessing on the properties of oils produced as a result of further hydrorefining of deparaffinized raffinates was studied. 6 samples of such catalysts with different hydrogenating and hydrodesulfurizing activities were analyzed. The change in the absolute values of activity and their ratios were attained due to variation of the composition and method of the catalyst preparation (coextrusion, impregnation, directed synthesis of NiMoO4). It is shown that the change in the ratio of hydrogenating and hydrodesulfurizing activities of the catalyst and introduction of acid components permit to regulate the indices of oil quality (viscosity, refractive index, sulfur content, color index).
