Abstract
A study was performed on the effect of the disorder/order phase transition on the electrical and photoelectrical properties of C60 thin films. The x-ray diffraction data showed that the highly crystalline oxygen-free C60 films underwent the first-order phase transition at 252 K. It was found that in highly crystalline C60 films, both the dark- and photoconductivity increased as the temperature decreased.
