Abstract
The influence of NTsVM high-silica zeolite addition on catalytic properties of traditional catalysts of hydrocracking on the basis of Y type zeolite was studied. The catalysts were tested in the process of vacuum distillates hydrocracking 350-500°C, which contained 1.8 % (mass) sulfur, 0.09 % (mass) nitrogen and 52 % (vol.) aromatic hydrocarbons under the pressure of 5 MPa and in the temperature range of 340-420°C. It is ascertained that, when monozeolite Al-Ni-Mo-catalysts are used, Y rare earth zeolite surpasses NTsVM considerably as to splitting activity in the process of hydrocracking of vacuum distillate. In the composition of bizeolite Al-Ni-Mo-catalyst the splitting activity of NTsVM zeolite at 400-420 °C, especially in petrol yield terms, is much higher than that of Y rare earth one, i.e. effect of superadditivity of splitting activity of Y rare earth and NTsVM zeolites in Al-Ni-Mo-matrix is observed.
