Efficient intra-cavity passive coherent addition of nine laser channels

Abstract

Efficient coherent addition of nine separate solid state and fiber laser distributions, by means of special interferometric combiners is presented. It is experimentally illustrated with Nd:YAG laser distributions, achieving efficiencies of about 90 percent.
