Abstract

The problem of the description of electron states in the s-f model of a ferromagnetic semiconductor at low temperatures is considered in the case of finite conduction band filling. The spectrum, damping, density of states and spin polarisation of conduction electrons are investigated. It is demonstrated that the leading temperature-dependent corrections to the spectrum and the total density of states are proportional to T5:2.
