Electron–Phonon Interaction in a Superlattice

Abstract

The peculiarities of the phonon spectrum in semiconductors with superlattice are investigated. The dispersion equation is solved for the case of high temperatures: 2Δ ≪ kT (2Δ is the miniband width, T the absolute temperature). The influence of electron‐phonon interaction on the effects under consideration is taken into account.
