Abstract

The editors are publishing this note to alert readers to a concern about this article (1). The corresponding author, Koichi Takahashi, informed the editors that the DNA sequencing data derived from samples collected from the 15 patients at the Moffitt Cancer Center were mislabeled, resulting in the genetic analyses for these patients’ samples not being matched to the correct patient of origin.
