Abstract

The ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) study on magnetic homogeneity in spin-sprayed NiZn ferrite films highly permeable at GHz frequencies, was presented. The complex permeability and X-band FMR measurements at room temperature on the NH3-added and conventional films, both ∼ 0.5 μm in thickness. The NH3-added film, exhibited a wider 'μ' profile than the magnetically inhomogeneous conventional film.
