N2 - To reconstruct the object image by fluorescence imaging through the scattering media, we propose a method to measure the phase of fluorescence scattered light by transport of intensity equation, reconstruct it by back propagation to the surface of scattering media, and then use phase retrieval by Fresnel propagation.
