Abstract
Published on the occasion of the debut of the travelling exhibition "Genghis Khan" organised by Don
Lessem (The Houston Museum of Natural Science, 2009), Genghis Khan and the Mongol Empire aims
at providing a comprehensive view of Mongol history and culture from pre-historic times up to the
