Abstract

Mixing in case of three dimensional rotating container is better than a two-dimensional rotating container because of its additional axis of rotation. To determine the granular flow partial differential equations are used. Due to the the simple analytical form of the container, the system of partial differential equations can be reduced to a system of two ordinary differential equations.
